Q: How is my shipping cost calculated?

A: We partner with UPS and USPS. The cost is calculated directly from their system by weight and box size. You can choose either USPS or UPS, and shipping format as you prefer.  Exact shipping cost for different items can be found in the checkout page. We also provide free ground shipping. 

Q: How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

A: Average delivery time is about 3 - 5 business day.  Exact delivery time can be found in the checkout page after you select your preferred shipping method.

Q: What if I receive a wrong order or item?

A: If incorrect items are delivered to you, you can email us at oneofakindforhome@gmail.com.  Please have your receipt number ready. We will resend you the correct one at no extra fee. We can also issue you a refund if preferred.
