Return & Replacement Policy
We offer one year replacement parts warranty for most products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When inquiring, please have item number and shipping label available. You can find the item number on your emailed order confirmation or invoice, and shipping label on the original received box.
If you are unhappy with your item, our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. Simply email our customer service email@example.com a copy of your receipt, reason for returning and preferred solution(Refund at original payment method/ Store credit/ Exchange). However, please note that if 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we will not be able to offer you a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-salable condition. Any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items will need to be returned together as well. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed promptly.
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 calendar day, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting us, please have your receipt and proof of refund ready.
