Q: How is my shipping cost calculated?
A: We partner with UPS and USPS. The cost is calculated directly from their system by weight and box size. You can choose either USPS or UPS, and shipping format as you prefer. Exact shipping cost for different items can be found in the checkout page. However, we also provide free ground shipping for shipping cost less than $35.
Q: How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
A: Average delivery time is about 3 - 5 business day. Exact delivery time can be found in the checkout page after you select your preferred shipping method.
Q: What if I receive a wrong order or item?
A: If incorrect items are delivered to you, you can email us at email@example.com. We typically reply within one business day. Please have your receipt number ready. We will resend you the correct one at no extra fee. We can also issue you a refund if preferred.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer one year replacement parts warranty for most products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When inquiring, please have item number and shipping label available. You can find the item number on your emailed order confirmation or invoice, and shipping label on the original received box.
If you are unhappy with your item, our Returns Policy gives you 30 days from the day of delivery to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. Simply email our customer service email@example.com a copy of your receipt, reason for returning and preferred solution(Refund at original payment method/ Store credit/ Exchange). However, please note that if 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we will not be able to offer you refund/exchange.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-salable condition. Any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items will need to be returned together as well. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed promptly.

A: Polyurethane is a form of plastic. By applying a layer of polyurethane on top of furniture, it can help prevent water penetrating in to the furniture structure material, usually wood.
